Beautiful Tribute Tattoos to Kobe Bryant - Online Tattoo Ink

Last month we were all shocked and saddened to learn of the untimely death of Kobe and the other passengers in the Calabasas helicopter crash.  Following the tragic death of Kobe Bryant, a basketball legend and much loved husband, father and friend, basketball players and fans alike have been paying tribute to Kobe, otherwise known as the 'Black Mamba'.  

On Sunday 26th January, Bryant and 8 others including his 13 year old daughter Gianna were tragically killed. In addition to Bryant and his daughter, the crash claimed the lives of the other passengers; Payton Chester, 13; Sarah Chester, 45; Alyssa Altobelli, 14; Keri Altobelli, 46; John Altobelli, 56; Christina Mauser, 38; and the helicopter's pilot, Ara Zobayan, 50.

Kobe Bryant was an American NBA star who played his entire 20-season professional career in the league with the Los Angeles Lakers. Bryant won 5 NBA championships and was named the 2008 MVP with the LA Lakers. Despite some injuries in later seasons, he went on to surpass Michael Jordan for 3rd place on the NBA all-time scoring list in December 2014.  He retired 2016 after scoring 60 points in his final game.

Since his death last month, hordes of fans have been honouring the Kobe through murals, services and also through tattoos. Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef who was particularly close with Kobe also paid tribute to the NBA legend by obtaining a tribute tattoo to Kobe and his daughter.
