Order before 4pm Monday - Friday for same day despatch (stock permitting). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day via the service you have selected at checkout. Delivery within the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Sicily or the Channel Islands will usually be 2-3 working days.

Europe & Rest of World Delivery Options

POST BREXIT: Orders may be subject to customs duties (payable by customer). Please contact your local Customs department for more information.

Delivery times and costs to Europe and Rest of the World vary depending on the destination and order size. The cost will be calculated at checkout. Express Service deliveries may be available at an extra cost, please get in touch if you need a quote.

Europe (EU): From £23.99 (2-7 working days)

Europe (Non EU): From £24.95 (2-10 working days)

Rest of the world: From £32.95 (5-15 working days)

Products delivered to some destinations may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to delays caused by Covid-19 and Brexit.

Local Pick Up:

This option is for customers who wish to collect from Magnum Tattoo Supplies, Unit A Goddard Court, Goddard Road, Runcorn, WA7 1DX.

Select 'Pick Up' at checkout in the delivery options.

Once you've paid for your order you'll receive an order confirmation email which is your proof of payment. We'll then notify you by email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 1-2 hours, stock permitting).

Pick Up is available between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please make sure you bring a print out or a screenshot of your email order confirmation. If an item from your order is unavailable we'll contact you as quickly as possible to let you know.

Standard Delivery: For smaller items (up to 2kg) we use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery service. This usually means delivery will be made in 1-3 working days although this is not guaranteed. Bulkier items (over 2kg) will usually be sent using DPD (Next Day).

Next Working Day: This service is available for most items. Sent via DPD. Excludes Bank Holidays.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery: This service is available for orders made on Friday before 4pm that require delivery on the Saturday. Sent via DPD.

How do I cancel an order?

We dispatch most orders same day so if you wish to cancel an order you should do so by emailing us at info@magnumtattoosupplies.co.uk or calling us immediately using the following phone number +44 (0)1928 560604
In the event of your order already being dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns Policy in the event of unwanted products.

Out of Stock Items

At Magnum Tattoo Supplies we try our very best to keep all items in stock however sometimes high demand can mean some items are temporarily out of stock. We update our systems as soon as this happens to help avoid any orders being delayed. If there are any products that you wish to purchase but can’t see listed on our website please get in touch using the form at the contact us page and we will get back to you asap.

Favourites

To make ordering as easy as possible each customer will have access to their Favourites list where you can store the items you purchase regularly. You can add any item to this list using the "Add to Favourites" button found on each product listing.
