14 Day Return Policy
If you are returning goods which are not damaged or have not been sent in error you will be credited at 90% of the value of the returned items. Outgoing shipping costs can not be refunded. Proucts must be returned to us unused, in a re-saleable condition and in it’s original packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. We will not be able to refund any postage fees. Buyer in this instance will cover all return postage costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any 14 Day Return Policy on Tattoo Inks as we cannot guarantee sterility of this product once it has been delivered.
Terms and Conditions of Returns:
- Returned products must be in original unused condition and in original packaging
- All returned items must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form
- All returned items must be sent by a trackable delivery service.
- Tattoo Inks are not covered with our 14 day Return Policy.
- Your refund will be returned using your original payment method which can take up to 5 working days to complete.
- Faulty/damaged items are not covered by the 14 Day returns policy – these products need to be returned in conjunction with our Damaged or Faulty Items Returns Policy.
Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy
In the rare event that you receive a product from us that has been damaged during delivery, or defective we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourself. A full refund will be issued (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost will be sent out. Please notify our Returns Department within 3 days of receipt by completing a Returns Form and emailing it to info@magnumtattoosupplies.co.uk or give us a call on 01928 560 604.
Terms and Conditions of Damaged or Faulty Items Returns:
- Notification of damaged or faulty product must be within 3 days of receipt.
- The damaged or faulty item may need to be returned to us before we issue a refund or replacement. (Please contact us first).
- All returned items must be sent by a trackable delivery service.
- Products must be in the original box and packaging and in unused condition.
- In some cases we will ask for images of the damaged product before issuing a refund or replacement.
- All returns must have a completed Returns Form.
Failed Items Return Policy
Magnum Tattoo Supplies do everything we can to ensure that all products supplied are of the highest standard. We function within the BSI British and European Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Should you however come across any complications with any of our products please contact our Returns Department at info@magnumtattoosupplies.co.uk or on +44(0)1928 560604 and they will advise on the correct course of action.
Terms and Conditions of Failed Items Returns Policy
- Some products will require you contacting the manufacturer directly to resolve the fault.
- All returned products must be sent using a trackable delivery service.
- All returned items must have a completed Returns Form
- Products returned showing no fault on testing will be returned but you will be asked to pay a delivery charge before we are able to return the product.
- Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair which may take up to 4-8 weeks for a return.
- For products that are out of warranty you will be instructed of the repair cost before we continue.
